Exxon Mobil annunces acquisition of Denbury
Exxon Mobil an international energy and petrochemical company announced that it has entered into agreement to acquire Denbury,an independent energy company.
This acquisition of Denbury will provide Exxon mobi with largest owned and operated CO2 pipeline network in US.
This is a $ 4.9 billion acquisition and the biggest deal by the company in last six years.
This deal would add to Exxon low carbon business.
